The performance of a high-efficiency grinding production line depends not only on the quality of its core grinding equipment, but also on the seamless coordination of auxiliary powder processing systems throughout the entire workflow. Cronus Machinery provides comprehensive supporting equipment for the whole system, from raw material pre‑processing (crushing, drying, and impurity removal), through feeding and conveying, to collection, dust removal, modification, granulation, and packaging. By ensuring smooth operation across the entire process, we guarantee both grinding efficiency and powder quality, ultimately delivering an intelligent grinding line that is efficient, stable, economical, and low‑consumption.
The pre-processing of raw materials before entering the Raymond mill, which mainly includes crushing, drying, and impurity removal, is a core stage in ensuring stable subsequent production and improving grinding efficiency. The key objectives of pre-processing are to control the particle size (≤35 mm) to prevent equipment overload and wear, control the moisture content (≤6%) to avoid material adhesion and clogging, and remove hard impurities such as iron to protect key grinding components. This ensures stable system operation and extends equipment service life.
The feeding and conveying system is the core of a Raymond mill's efficient and stable operation. The feeding system directly determines the mill's processing capacity, powder fineness, and operational stability by providing stable, uniform, and metered material supply. The conveying system, driven by a fan, creates an air-driven circulation within enclosed pipelines to transport the ground powder to the classifier for precise particle separation.

The dust collection and removal system for the Raymond mill is a crucial link in ensuring both the environmental compliance and economic efficiency of production. This system employs a two-stage dust collection process consisting of a cyclone collector and a pulse-jet bag filter. It first efficiently collects the majority of the finished fine powder, then recovers and purifies the ultrafine dust, achieving ultra-low emissions. The collected finished powder is fed into the automated packaging unit via an airlock discharge device. This system significantly improves powder recovery rates while ensuring the entire production line meets green environmental standards.
Refining and processing equipment is essential for improving powder quality and grinding efficiency. The ultra-fine classifier precisely separates post-grinding materials to ensure uniform particle size. When paired with the CRRM Raymond mill, it can achieve a product fineness of up to 600 mesh. The modification machine enhances material properties and reduces agglomeration through coating, heating, and other methods, thereby increasing the added value of the powder. The granulator compacts fine powder post-grinding into granules, solving issues related to storage, transport, and precise dosing. A ball mill classification production line, comprising an air classifier and a ball mill, enables the production of ultra-fine powders.
