The pulse-jet bag filter is an indispensable environmental protection device for Raymond mills. Features and Advantages of Pulse-Jet Bag Filter

High-Efficiency Dust Collection: Captures fine dust escaping from the Raymond mill and classifier, recovering it as finished powder, thereby increasing the total recovery rate (It achieves a collection efficiency of over 99.9% for particles larger than 1 µm).

Environmentally Friendly: Ensures that exhaust gases meet national and local environmental emission standards (typically below 10–30 mg/m³).

Negative Pressure Operation: The suction provided by the dust collection fan maintains a stable negative pressure inside the entire Raymond mill system, preventing dust from leaking through joints and gaps.

Safe and Reliable: Purifies the air entering the fan, preventing severe abrasion of the fan impeller by dust and extending the service life of the fan.

Working Principle of Pulse-Jet Bag Filter

Efficient Filtration: Filter bags initially capture dust through fiber interstices and quickly form a stable dust layer (filter cake) on their surface. The filter cake efficiently sieves finer dust, enabling optimal dust removal efficiency.

Pulse Cleaning: High-pressure compressed air is instantaneously injected into the filter bag through a controlled pulse valve, effectively breaking and dislodging the surface filter cake.
