On April 13, 2026, the CRRM1850 Raymond mill manufactured by Cronus Machinery passed quality inspection and was shipped to Gansu. With a feed size of ≤30 mm and a capacity ranging from 6.5~30 t/h, the mill is well-suited for high-efficiency limestone processing in Gansu.

In the 6R/5R/4R/3R Raymond mill models, the letter "R" stands for Roller, while the number indicates the performance level rather than the exact number of rollers. More rollers provide a larger grinding area, but factors such as grinding ring diameter also affect equipment performance. Therefore, when selecting a mill model, one should not focus solely on the number of rollers.

Although Raymond mill dominates the field of non-metallic mineral grinding in the 80~400 mesh range, ball mills still play an important role in scenarios such as processing high-hardness materials, wet grinding, and coarse powder processing. In addition, modern ball mill classification production lines have achieved significant improvements in fineness control and energy consumption.

Before the material enters the bentonite grinding mill, the feed moisture must be strictly controlled. Raymond mills and ultra-fine ring roller mills usually require drying equipment and strict control of feed moisture (≤6%). In contrast, vertical roller mills and ultra-fine vertical roller mills can directly process raw bentonite with moisture content up to 15%.

Copper ore grinding mills support both dry and wet processes. For dry grinding, a Raymond mill is selected, equipped with a temperature monitoring and cooling system to prevent sulfide oxidation. For wet grinding processes requiring flotation beneficiation, a wet ball mill is used for coarse grinding, paired with a vertical stirred mill for fine grinding.

Carbon black grinding mills typically adopt an open-circuit process. For conventional 80~400 mesh carbon black powder, an open-circuit Raymond mill is recommended. For ultra-fine carbon black powder above 400 mesh, an open-circuit ultra-fine ring roller mill is recommended.

The elevator is the vertical conveying equipment for the Raymond mill. Among them, the belt bucket elevator is suitable for powdery, small-particle, and low-hardness materials. The chain bucket elevator is suitable for lumpy, medium-to-high hardness materials. The plate chain bucket elevator can handle large-block, high-hardness materials.

An superfine grinding mill is a type of equipment used to grind materials into ultra-fine powder ranging from 400 to 2500 mesh, with some high-end models capable of achieving 3000 mesh or finer. Common types of superfine grinding mills include ultrafine vertical roller mills, ultrafine ring roller mills, jet mills, and ball mill classifier production lines (ball mill + air classifier).

The vibrating feeder is suitable for conveying granular and lump materials; the belt feeder is suitable for conveying granular, powdery, and lump materials; and the screw feeder is suitable for conveying powdery and small granular materials. For large lump materials and high-moisture materials, the use of a screw feeder is strictly prohibited.
