On May 25, 2026, Cronus Machinery completed all factory quality inspections for one unit of CRSF1280 Integrated Sand and Powder Grinding Machine. All performance parameters were accepted as qualified, and the machine was officially loaded and shipped to the Henan plant site.

On May 18, 2026, a client from the Indian powder industry visited Cronus Machinery to conduct an on-site inspection of our ultra-fine grinding mill production base. A water slag grinding mill is a powder production equipment that grinds lump and granular blast furnace water slag into high-fineness, high-activity mineral powder. For equipment selection, the vertical mill is the preferred choice, as it is equipped with an integrated drying system featuring excellent drying performance.

The Raymond mill is a high‑vibration and heavy‑load equipment. Its operational stability directly impacts the production capacity of the production line, finished product quality and service life of wearing parts. As a rigid connecting carrier between the equipment and the ground, the concrete foundation shall be constructed in strict accordance with industrial standards.

The heat treatment of the grinding roller shaft and the central shaft is a core process that determines the strength, service life, and overall operational stability of the Raymond mill. Only shafts that have undergone quenching and tempering heat treatment can meet the requirements for long-term, stable operation of the Raymond mill.
