Air Compressor
Features and Advantages of Air Compressor
Safe and Explosion-Proof: Simple and robust structure with built-in overload protection capability. No risk of electrical sparks in flammable or explosive environments, and high-temperature resistance ensures excellent safety.
Clean and Environmentally Friendly: Uses air as the compression medium; leaks do not pollute the environment. Suitable for clean industries such as food, pharmaceutical, and electronics.
Convenient Conveying: Enables centralized long-distance air supply via pipelines. Compressed air energy can be stored, meeting short-term usage or safe shutdown requirements during power outages.
Flexible Regulation: Supports stepless speed control and output force adjustment, allowing seamless integration with intelligent control systems like PLCs to achieve complex automation.
Working Principle of Air Compressor
Air Compression: Two helical rotors mesh and rotate, periodically forming enclosed spaces within the chamber. This process completes air intake, delivery, and compression, converting mechanical energy into high-pressure air energy.
Cooling and Separation: Oil injection ensures sealing, cooling, and lubrication. High-temperature oil-air mixture is separated via centrifugation and filtration, ensuring clean compressed air.
Intelligent Regulation: Variable frequency drives enable stepless regulation from 10% to 100%. The PLC system dynamically matches pressure, temperature, and flow rates. An air receiver tank buffers energy and stabilizes delivery.
