Ultrafine Classifier
Features and Advantages of Ultrafine Classifier
Ultra-Fine Classification: Leveraging advanced separation principles and precision structure, it effectively separates micron-sized fine powders, breaking through the classification limits of conventional Raymond mills.
Precise Classification: The ultra-fine classifier efficiently removes both oversized and ultra-fine particles from the finished powder, producing powders with a narrow particle size distribution to meet the stringent requirements of high-end applications for particle size consistency.
Quality Enhancement and Efficiency Improvement: When processing high-value materials such as calcium carbonate and kaolin, it enhances functional properties like purity and specific surface area, thereby increasing product added value and economic benefits.
Energy Optimization: Through efficient coordination with the Raymond mill, it promptly separates qualified fine powders, effectively preventing "over-grinding." This reduces system energy consumption and equipment wear while significantly improving production efficiency.
Working Principle of Ultrafine Classifier
Centrifugal Force Field: A precisely adjustable centrifugal force field is created by a high-speed rotor, which interacts with the opposing air drag force generated by a stable upward airflow.
Dynamic Classification: Within the classification zone, powders are dynamically separated under the combined action of centrifugal force and air drag. Larger particles are separated as coarse powder due to centrifugal force, while finer particles are captured by air drag as qualified fine powder.
