Working Principle of Vibrating Ore Washer
Vibrating Screening: High-frequency vibration causes materials to be tossed, tumbled, and stratified on the screen surface. Large ore pieces are conveyed forward, while fine mud and impurities pass through the screen openings, achieving particle size separation.
High-Pressure Washing: A high-pressure spray system performs thorough flushing during material vibration. Water jets precisely impact ore surfaces and crevices, stripping away clay, slurry, and other contaminants for deep cleaning.
Solid-Liquid Separation: The stripped slurry and wastewater are quickly discharged through the bottom screen and drainage channels, while cleaned ore exits through the discharge port, providing raw materials with qualified purity and particle size for powder processing.
