Blow Tank
Key Features & Advantages of the Blow Tank
Enclosed Conveying: The entire conveying process takes place within sealed pipelines, completely eliminating dust emissions. This ensures a clean working environment and meets stringent environmental protection standards.
Flexible Layout: Pipelines can be arranged horizontally, vertically, or at an incline, offering nearly limitless adaptability to spatial and topographical constraints. Powder materials can be conveyed to storage silos hundreds of meters away or dozens of meters high.
Long-Distance Transport: Utilizing high-pressure pneumatic force, the system efficiently and automatically transfers powder from the collection point to remote storage silos in a completely dust-free manner.
Easy Maintenance: As a static vessel with no complex moving parts, the Blow Tank primarily requires maintenance on valves and fluidizing elements. This results in significantly lower maintenance workload and fewer potential failure points compared to mechanical conveying equipment.
Working Principle of the Blow Tank
Filling & Pressurization: After the vessel is filled with material and sealed, a low-pressure air stream is introduced to fluidize the powder and establish initial pressure.
High-Pressure Discharge: A high-pressure air valve is controlled to rapidly increase the internal pressure. The resulting strong pressure differential forces the dense-phase material into the pipeline in a plug-like form.
Purging & Cycle Reset: Once material discharge is complete, high-pressure air purges the pipeline. The valves then automatically reset, and the system prepares for the next conveying cycle.
