Vibrating Feeder
Features and Advantages of Vibrating Feeder
Uniform Feeding: Utilizes high-frequency, low-amplitude vibration to convey materials evenly along the trough, effectively preventing intermittent or surge feeding, ensuring stable and continuous material supply to the Raymond mill.
High Efficiency and Low Consumption: Efficiently conveys dry, loose, free-flowing small lump materials with low operational energy consumption, offering high cost-effectiveness especially in medium-to-short distance uniform feeding scenarios.
Simplicity and Convenience: Features a simple structure, easy installation, no rotating transmission parts, minimal mechanical wear points, reliable operation, and convenient maintenance.
Flexible Adjustment: Allows flexible and rapid adjustment of feeding rates through parameter control such as voltage or frequency, enabling stepless regulation.
Working Principle of Vibrating Feeder
Vibrating Feeding: Driven by a vibration motor, the generated vibratory force is directly transmitted to the trough, causing it to vibrate periodically, thereby conveying materials.
Uniform Conveying: During each vibration cycle, materials are slightly lifted and moved forward a short distance. Continuous vibration results in smooth and uniform material movement and conveying.
Flow Rate Control: Precise regulation of material feeding rate and conveying speed is achieved by adjusting the magnitude of the vibratory force.
