Bucket Elevator
Features and Advantages of Bucket Elevator
Vertical Conveying: Due to the considerable height of the Raymond mill's main unit, the bucket elevator enables vertical conveying with minimal footprint, lifting crushed materials to the top of the Raymond mill several meters above.
Sealed and Dust-Proof: Features a well-sealed housing that effectively prevents dust leakage, protecting both the environment and the equipment.
Efficient and Stable Operation: Utilizes continuous bucket digging and conveying, offering high efficiency, smooth operation, and relatively low power consumption, meeting the requirements for continuous operation in the grinding production line.
Working Principle of Bucket Elevator
Bottom Loading: At the machine's base, moving buckets load materials either by digging or receiving, automatically adapting to the optimal loading method based on the material form (powder/lump).
Vertical Lifting: The motor drives the top wheel, which in turn moves the loaded buckets upward along the vertical direction.
Top Discharge: Upon reaching the top, materials are discharged either by centrifugal force (high-speed operation) or gravity (low-speed operation), depending on the operational speed and material characteristics.
