Enclosed Quantitative Feeder
Features and Advantages of Enclosed Quantitative Feeder
Precision and Stability: Utilizes high-precision sensors and closed-loop control to maintain a constant, optimal feeding rate, ensuring the Raymond mill operates at peak grinding efficiency. This eliminates production fluctuations and prevents "mill choking," enabling stable and controllable production.
Dust-Free and Air-Tight: The fully enclosed structure completely prevents dust emission, facilitating clean production. Its superior sealing effectively retains internal airflow and temperature in the Raymond mill, reducing power consumption of the system's fan and achieving energy savings.
Reduced Wear: Stable and balanced feeding avoids impact and abnormal wear on core components of the Raymond mill, while minimizing wear on the feeder itself. This extends the service life of the entire grinding production line equipment.
Working Principle of Enclosed Quantitative Feeder
Dynamic Weighing: Employs high-precision load cells and speed detection to measure material weight and passage velocity in real-time online, accurately calculating and feeding back the actual feeding rate.
Intelligent Adjustment: The control system continuously compares the actual feeding rate with the preset target and rapidly adjusts the feeding speed via drivers such as variable frequency drives (VFDs).
Sealed Conveying: Inlet and outlet ports are equipped with airlock devices that effectively block system airflow during material passage, maintaining stable internal operating conditions in the Raymond mill.
