Cyclone Collector
Features and Advantages of Cyclone Collector
High-Efficiency Collection: Efficiently captures finished fine powder discharged from the Raymond mill (typically >5µm), which can be directly collected as final product, significantly increasing the overall product yield (collection efficiency can exceed 80%).
Reduced Load: Removes most high-concentration dust in advance, effectively lowering the operational load on the downstream pulse-jet bag filter and ensuring long-term stable operation of the Raymond mill system.
Energy Saving and Cost Reduction: Simple structure with low operational energy consumption. Primary powder collection reduces energy usage of the downstream fan and dust collector, lowering the system's overall operating costs.
Stable and Reliable: Robust and durable equipment with no vulnerable parts. Resistant to high temperatures and wear, suitable for high-concentration and coarse-particle working conditions, and easy to maintain.
Working Principle of Cyclone Collector
Centrifugal Separation: Dust-laden gas enters the cyclone body at a speed of 15–25 m/s, forming a strong swirling vortex inside the cylinder. Dust particles are thrown outward by centrifugal force, lose kinetic energy, and slide down along the wall into the bottom ash hopper.
Gas-Solid Separation: Due to the density difference between dust and gas, gas-solid separation is achieved during the swirling motion. Purified gas is discharged upward through the central exhaust pipe, completing the separation process.
