Powder Discharge Valve
Features and Advantages of Powder Discharge Valve
Air-Tight Sealing: The sealed structure isolates external air, maintaining stable internal conditions in the Raymond mill, improving draft efficiency, and achieving high output with low energy consumption. It also prevents leakage of fine powder, reducing material loss and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.
Uniform Discharge: Continuous rotation of the rotor ensures quantitative and steady discharge, preventing flow fluctuations and ensuring stable operation of conveying and packaging processes while avoiding clogging and material flushing.
Robust and Compact: Features a compact structure with strong spatial adaptability. Constructed with sturdy materials and wear-resistant components for long-term durability and low failure rates.
Flexible Discharge Control: Adjusts discharge volume flexibly by controlling rotor speed via variable frequency drives, achieving optimal control of the grinding production line.
Working Principle of Powder Discharge Valve
Rotary Air Lock: Rotor pockets and flexible seals form a dynamic air seal. During rotation, there is always at least one filled pocket isolating the inlet from the outlet, ensuring consistent air lock performance.
Quantitative Discharge: Material falls into the rotor pockets and is discharged after a 180° rotation. Constant rotational speed ensures uniform flow with control accuracy within ±2%.
Variable Frequency Control: Discharge volume is flexibly regulated by adjusting rotor speed (1~30 rpm) via a variable frequency drive.
