The FIBC packer is a high-efficiency packaging system designed for the bulk finished powder from Raymond mills. Features and Advantages of FIBC Packer

Precise and Efficient: Accurately controls weight and recovers dust, reducing material waste. A single FIBC is equivalent to 20–40 small bags, offering high packaging and handling efficiency. Operation requires only one operator and one forklift.

Dust-Free and Eco-Friendly: Enclosed filling combined with an efficient dust collection design achieves dust-free operation, ensuring worker health and compliance with environmental requirements.

Convenient Transport: FIBCs feature a sturdy structure and excellent stackability, maximizing storage space utilization. They are well-suited for long-distance transportation and mechanized loading/unloading.

Working Principle of FIBC Packer

Weighing and Filling: The FIBC is suspended from a set of high-precision load cells. The bag spout is sealed against the filling nozzle, and the PLC controls dual-speed (fast and slow) feeding to achieve high-capacity filling with an accuracy within ±0.2%.

Negative Pressure Dust Collection: The bag's vent is connected to a pulse-jet dust collector to capture dust. An optional vibration mechanism can increase stacking density by 15%~30%.

Automatic Bag Release: After filling, the bag clamping mechanism automatically releases. The FIBC is transferred by forklift to a pallet or conveyor line. Sewing or tying the bag spout completes the process loop.
