FU Chain Conveyor
Features and Advantages of FU Chain Conveyor
Enclosed Conveying: The fully enclosed conveying trough eliminates dust dispersion during the transport process in Raymond mill systems, ensuring a clean working environment and compliance with environmental standards.
High Efficiency and Low Consumption: Materials are dragged as a whole by chain plates within the trough, resulting in smooth operation, low frictional resistance, high conveying capacity per unit power, and excellent cost-effectiveness.
Flexible Layout: Compact body design with small cross-sectional dimensions allows adaptation to narrow spaces. Supports multiple feeding and discharge points, offering high layout flexibility.
Wear-Resistant and Durable: Conveying chains and troughs are made of wear-resistant materials, suitable for transporting abrasive mineral powders. Features low failure rates and long service life.
Stable Operation: Materials flow as a whole, minimizing risks of jamming, bridging, or tangling, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the grinding production line.
Working Principle of FU Chain Conveyor
Chain Drive: The motor drives an endless chain to rotate within a sealed trough via a sprocket, with a tensioning device at the tail end adjusting chain tightness to ensure smooth operation.
Scraper Pushing: Scrapers mounted on the chain move forward along the trough bottom, pushing materials as a whole to prevent clogging and ensure smooth, uniform conveying.
Enclosed Loading/Unloading: The fully enclosed housing prevents dust emission, with multiple feeding and discharge ports flexibly configured to meet various process requirements for loading and unloading.
