—— Cronus Machine Customer
Project Overview
Yunnan is rich in marble resources. With their own quarry, the client selected the CRRM1850 Raymond Mill from Cronus Machinery to increase the added value of marble by processing marble raw material into 250 mesh powder. This production line features a well-designed process, achieving fully automated and sealed operation from crushing, grinding, and classification to collection and dust removal. With a stable output of 15~20 tons per hour, the finished powder exhibits high whiteness and uniform particle size, fully meeting the quality requirements for applications in plastics, coatings, and other fields.

Project Details
Marble Raw Ore → Jaw Crusher → Bucket Elevator → Storage Hopper → Belt Conveyor → Raymond Mill
The jaw crusher crushes marble raw ore into uniform particles ≤30mm, which are then vertically conveyed by the bucket elevator to the storage hopper and fed into the CRRM1850 Raymond Mill via the belt conveyor for grinding and pulverization. The favorable grindability of marble effectively reduces grinding energy consumption. The ground marble powder is carried by the airflow into the classifier for precise classification. Coarse marble particles that do not meet the 250 mesh fineness requirement are separated and returned to the grinding chamber for re-grinding, forming a closed-circuit circulation system.
Airslide Conveyo → Cyclone Collector → Pulse-Jet Bag Filter → Marble Powder
Subsequently, qualified marble fine powder is conveyed sealedly via the airslide conveyo to the cyclone collector, where it is separated and collected. The dust-laden airflow then passes through the pulse-jet bag filter for recovery and purification.
Main Equipment | Function Description |
Jaw Crusher | Crushes marble raw ore to a particle size of ≤30mm |
Bucket Elevator, Storage Hopper | Vertically conveys and buffers/stores marble raw material |
Belt Conveyor | Feeds marble raw material into the Raymond mill uniformly, quantitatively, and continuously |
CRRM1850 Raymond Mill | Grinds marble material (≤30mm) into 250 mesh marble powder |
Airslide Conveyo | Pneumatically conveys marble powder |
Cyclone Collector | Separates and collects the majority of marble fine powder |
Pulse-Jet Bag Filter | Recovers marble ultra-fine powder and treats the remaining dust |
Project Advantages
High Efficiency and Stability: The CRRM1850 Raymond Mill features advanced design with a single-unit output of up to 15~20 t/h, ensuring smooth and stable system operation for consistently high efficiency.
Economical and Energy-Saving: The system is specifically optimized for marble material, which has moderate hardness and favorable grindability, resulting in significantly lower power consumption compared to industry averages.
Excellent Quality: The finished marble powder features uniform particle size distribution, outstanding whiteness, and high purity.
Green and Eco-Friendly: The highly efficient two-stage dust collection system comprising "Cyclone Collector + Pulse-Jet Bag Filter" achieves high dust collection efficiency, with exhaust emission concentrations far below national standards.
