Project Overview

A large mining company in Morocco, after rigorous on-site inspection and comparison in China, finally introduced the CRRM1620 Raymond Mill and its supporting equipment from Cronus Machinery. This production line is designed with a focus on high efficiency, energy saving, and environmental protection. It can stably produce 200 mesh dolomite powder with a single-unit hourly output of up to 17 tons, fully meeting the requirements for large-scale production.

Project Details

Dolomite Ore → Crusher → Feeder → Raymond Mill

Pre-crushed dolomite material is uniformly fed into the CRRM1620 Raymond Mill by the feeder for grinding. The ground dolomite powder is carried by the air flow into the classifier. Through precise adjustment, only dolomite powder achieving the 200 mesh fineness is allowed to pass through. Coarse dolomite powder is thrown back into the grinding zone for further pulverization, thereby ensuring the uniformity and stability of the finished dolomite powder fineness.

Pulse Dust Collector → Fully Automatic Packing Machine

Subsequently, the pulse dust collector separates and collects the dolomite fine powder while purifying the remaining dust. The collected finished dolomite powder is then packaged by the fully automatic packing machine.
