Project Overview

A mining enterprise in Hubei decided to build a large-scale, modern fluorite grinding production line. After comprehensive evaluation, the client ultimately selected the CRRM2000 Raymond Mill from Cronus Machinery. This production line can efficiently process fluorite raw material into 200 mesh fluorite powder, with output flexibly adjustable within the range of 8.5~35 t/h, fully meeting the needs of large-scale production and various application scenarios.

Project Details

Fluorite Raw Material → Bucket Elevator → Storage Hopper → Variable-Frequency Belt Conveyor → Raymond Mill

Fluorite raw material is fed into the storage hopper by the bucket elevator, then quantitatively and controllably conveyed into the CRRM2000 Raymond Mill via the variable-frequency belt conveyor for grinding and pulverization. The ground fluorite powder is carried by the fan's airflow into the classifier for precise classification. Coarse fluorite particles that do not meet the 200 mesh fineness requirement are separated by the classifier's impeller and fall back into the grinding chamber for re-grinding.

Airslide Conveyo → Cyclone Collector → Bucket Elevator → Finished Product Silo

Subsequently, qualified fluorite fine powder is transported with the airflow through the airslide conveyo to the cyclone collector for gas-solid separation. The separated and collected finished fluorite powder is then vertically conveyed by a bucket elevator to the finished product silo for storage.
