Bentonite raw material is fed into the CRRM1700 Raymond Mill via the feeder for grinding and pulverization. Tailored to the characteristics of bentonite, the grinding rollers and rings are made of special wear-resistant materials, effectively extending maintenance intervals and reducing operating costs. The ground bentonite powder is carried by the fan's airflow into the classifier. By adjusting the classifier speed, the fineness of the bentonite powder can be precisely controlled at 200 mesh, with a consistent pass rate exceeding 90%.

Cyclone Collector → Pulse-Jet Bag Filter → Bentonite Powder

Subsequently, the cyclone collector and pulse-jet bag filter form a multi-stage dust collection system, ensuring high product recovery, minimal material loss, and dust emissions that comply with national environmental standards.
