Project Overview

A professional non-metallic material processing enterprise in Hena needed to build a high-yield, energy-efficient, and flexible perlite grinding production line. The core project requirements were to stably produce various specifications of perlite powder within the range of 200~325 mesh and to reduce overall energy consumption. After extensive comparisons, the client selected a complete system centered on Cronus Machinery's 5R4128 Raymond Mill.

Project Details

Perlite Raw Material → Raw Material Silo → Belt Feeder → Raymond Mill

Perlite material stored in the raw material silo is fed into the 5R4128 Raymond Mill via the belt feeder for grinding and pulverization. Given the brittle and easily crushable nature of perlite, the Raymond Mill achieves efficient pulverization with relatively low energy consumption. The ground perlite powder is carried by the fan's airflow into the classifier for precise classification. Coarse perlite particles that do not meet the 200~325 mesh fineness requirement are separated and fall back into the grinding chamber for re-grinding, while qualified perlite fine powder enters the cyclone collector with the airflow for gas-solid separation.

Cyclone Collector → Chain Conveyor → Bucket Elevator → Finished Product Silo

Subsequently, the separated and collected finished perlite powder is horizontally conveyed via the chain conveyor to the bucket elevator, and finally vertically conveyed by the elevator to the finished product silo.
