Project Overview
A leading powder enterprise in Anhui decided to build a heavy calcium carbonate ultrafine grinding production line to meet the requirements of industries such as coatings, plastics, and sealants. The core of the project is to achieve large-scale, intelligent, and clean production of ultrafine powder in the range of 800~2500 mesh. Project Details
Heavy Calcium Carbonate Mineral → Jaw Crusher → Bucket Elevator → Raw Material Storage
Crushed heavy calcium carbonate material is vertically conveyed by the bucket elevator to the raw material storage.
Enclosed Batch Feeder → Ultrafine Vertical Mill
Then smoothly transferred via the enclosed batch feeder to the CRLM Ultrafine Vertical Mill for grinding and pulverization. The ground heavy calcium carbonate powder rises with the airflow to the precision classifier. By adjusting the classifier speed, the separation critical point can be precisely controlled. Coarse heavy calcium carbonate particles that do not meet the fineness requirement are separated and fall back onto the grinding disc for re-grinding, forming a closed-circuit circulation system.
Dust Collection System → Tank Pump Conveying → Automatic Packaging and Palletizing System
Subsequently, the qualified heavy calcium carbonate ultrafine powder is separated and collected by the dust collection system, then conveyed sealedly to the finished product silo for storage via pneumatic conveying systems such as tank pumps. Finally, the fully automatic packaging and palletizing system completes weighing, filling, and sealing.
