Project Overview
A large-scale calcium carbonate deep-processing enterprise in Hezhou, Guangxi, leveraging local high-quality marble resources, decided to build a technologically advanced ultrafine grinding production line. After comprehensive evaluation, the company selected the CRLM Ultrafine Vertical Mill from Cronus Machinery. This production line can stably produce ultrafine powder in the range of 600~1250 mesh with excellent whiteness, achieving large-scale production of multi-specification, high-quality marble ultrafine powder.
Project Details
Marble Raw Material → Crusher → Bucket Elevator → Raw Material Silo → Feeder → Ultrafine Vertical Millr
Crushed and pre-processed marble raw material is vertically conveyed by the bucket elevator to the raw material silo, then fed into the CRLM Ultrafine Vertical Mill via the feeder for grinding and pulverization. The ground marble powder is carried by the airflow into the precision classifier for precise separation. This ensures the fineness of the marble ultrafine powder is stable and controllable within the 600~1250 mesh range. Unqualified coarse marble powder is separated and returned to the grinding zone for re-grinding, forming a closed-circuit cycle.
