Project Overview
To meet the stringent requirements of modern coal chemical and blast furnace injection processes for high-quality pulverized coal, a large energy and chemical enterprise in Shanxi decided to upgrade its existing system. The project demands that pulverized coal fineness must stably reach 200 mesh (D90) and the system must possess extremely high safety and reliability. After comprehensive evaluation of safety records, operational energy consumption, and other factors, the enterprise ultimately chose Cronus Machinery, adopting a CRLM Vertical Mill equipped with a dust collection system featuring multiple explosion-proof designs.
Project Details
Raw Coal Silo → Enclosed Batch Feeder → Vertical Mill
Bituminous coal raw material is fed into the CRLM Vertical Mill sealedly and continuously via the enclosed batch feeder for grinding and pulverization. Through stepless speed adjustment of the classifier, the fineness of the pulverized coal is precisely controlled to ensure it meets the 200 mesh (D90) standard.
Explosion-Proof Dust Collection System → Pulverized Coal
Subsequently, the qualified pulverized coal is carried by the airflow into the cyclone dust collector, where the majority of the finished product is efficiently separated and collected, reducing the load on the subsequent dust collector. Finally, the system undergoes deep purification via the explosion-proof dust collector.
