Project Overview
To efficiently process calcium oxide (quicklime) raw material, which is highly alkaline and prone to moisture absorption, a modern chemical enterprise in Jiangxi decided to build a large-scale grinding production line. After comprehensive evaluation, the company selected the CRRM1700 Raymond Mill system solution from Cronus Machinery, specifically improved for calcium oxide characteristics. This production line can stably produce 200 mesh calcium oxide powder with an output of up to 15 t/h.

Project Details
Calcium Oxide Material → Buffer Bin → Belt Feeder → Raymond Mill
Calcium oxide material is uniformly fed into the CRRM1700 Raymond Mill via the belt feeder for grinding and pulverization. To address the strong alkalinity and tendency of calcium oxide to absorb moisture and adhere, the grinding curve and internal ventilation structure of the mill have been improved, significantly enhancing grinding efficiency. The ground calcium oxide powder is carried by the fan's airflow into the classifier for precise classification. Coarse powder that does not meet the 200 mesh fineness requirement is separated by the classifier and falls back into the grinding chamber for secondary pulverization.
Cyclone Collector → Pulse-Jet Bag Filter → Calcium Oxide Powder
Subsequently, qualified calcium oxide powder enters the cyclone collector with the airflow, where it is separated and collected. The pulse-jet bag filter purifies the remaining exhaust air, ensuring emissions comply with national environmental standards.
