Project Overview
A high-tech enterprise in Guangxi, aiming to enter the high-end filler market, invested in building an annual 10,000-ton heavy calcium carbonate ultrafine powder production line. The core project objective is to stably produce high-quality powder of 1200 mesh (D97 ≤10μm), requiring the finished powder to possess excellent characteristics such as high whiteness and high purity. After comprehensive evaluation, the enterprise ultimately selected the CRHGM Ultrafine Grinding Mill provided by Cronus Machinery.

Project Details
Calcite Ore → Crusher → Feeding System → Ultrafine Grinding Mill
Large calcite blocks are first crushed to a particle size of ≤10mm, then conveyed via the automatic feeding system to the CRHGM Ultrafine Grinding Mill for grinding and pulverization. The ground heavy calcium carbonate powder is carried by the airflow into a high-precision classifier for separation. Through precise control, the heavy calcium carbonate ultrafine powder is ensured to stably reach 1200 mesh (approximately 10μm). Unqualified coarse powder is separated and returned to the grinding zone for re-grinding, forming a closed-circuit cycle.
Cyclone Collector → Pulse-Jet Bag Filter → Heavy Calcium Carbonate Ultrafine Powder
Subsequently, the qualified heavy calcium carbonate ultrafine powder is separated and collected by the cyclone collector and the bag filter.
