Project Overview

A large new material enterprise in Zhejiang, aiming to meet high-end market demand, planned to build a modern calcium carbonate grinding production line requiring the stable production of high-purity 325-mesh ground calcium carbonate powder. After multiple rounds of comparison and comprehensive evaluation, the customer ultimately selected Cronus Machinery's CRRM1620 Raymond mill. Since commissioning, the equipment has been stably producing high-quality 325-mesh calcium carbonate powder, achieving an actual output of 19 t/h, meeting the large-scale production standard of 100,000 tons per year.

Project Details

Calcium Carbonate Ore → Jaw Crusher → Bucket Elevator → Belt Conveyor → Raymond Mill → Collection & Dust Removal System → Calcium Carbonate Powder

Lump calcium carbonate ore is first crushed by a jaw crusher, then vertically conveyed by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper for buffer storage, and finally evenly and quantitatively fed into the CRRM1620 Raymond mill via a belt conveyor for grinding and particle size classification.

The calcium carbonate fine powder meeting the 325-mesh standard enters the collection and dust removal system with the airflow. After being separated and collected by a cyclone collector and purified by a pulse-jet baghouse dust collector, the finished powder is transported in a sealed manner to the finished product silo via an air slide, and finally packaged and stored.
