Project Overview
A large new materials enterprise in Zhejiang required the construction of a modern calcium carbonate grinding production line to achieve efficient, stable, and large-scale production of 325 mesh calcium carbonate powder. After comprehensive evaluation, the client ultimately selected the CRRM1620 Raymond Mill from Cronus Machinery, adopting a "jaw crusher pre-crushing + Raymond mill main grinding" process. This stably produces 325 mesh calcium carbonate powder with a high output of 19 t/h.

Project Details
Calcium Carbonate Mineral → Jaw Crusher → Bucket Elevator → Storage Hopper → Belt Feeder → Raymond Mill
Large calcium carbonate mineral blocks are first crushed by the jaw crusher. Subsequently, they are vertically conveyed by the bucket elevator to the storage hopper, then fed into the CRRM1620 Raymond Mill via the belt feeder for grinding and pulverization. Fine selection is completed through a closed-circuit classification system. Unqualified coarse calcium carbonate powder falls back into the grinding chamber for re-grinding.
Airslide Conveyo → Cyclone Collector → Calcium Carbonate Powder
While qualified 325 mesh calcium carbonate fine powder is carried by the airflow through the airslide conveyo the cyclone collector, where it is separated and collected.
