Project Overview
A calcium industry group in Jiangxi possesses over 11.3 million tons of mine reserves with a 30-year mining right. The mineral powder plant site covers an area exceeding 30,000 square meters, with a building floor area of over 10,000 square meters. To transform its abundant mine resources into an industrial chain, the group planned and constructed this modern heavy calcium carbonate production base with an annual capacity of one million tons. The core segment achieving this million-ton annual output adopted a design featuring 6 CRRM2150 Raymond Mills from Cronus Machinery operating in parallel. Through large-scale, intensive production, this has established the client's position as a core supplier within the heavy calcium carbonate industry chain in Jiangxi.

Project Details
Heavy Calcium Carbonate Mineral → Transfer Cooling Bin → Feeder → Raymond Mill
The process adopts a mode where 6 CRRM2150 Raymond Mills operate in parallel. Heavy calcium carbonate material is cooled in the transfer cooling bin and then fed into each Raymond mill via the feeder for grinding and pulverization. It is conveyed to the classifier by directional airflow generated by the fan. By precisely controlling the classifier parameters, the fineness of the heavy calcium carbonate powder is stably maintained at the 325 mesh standard.
Cyclone Collector → Pulse-Jet Bag Filter → Screw Conveyor → Bucket Elevator → Finished Product Silo
The cyclone collector serves as the primary collection device, separating and collecting the majority of heavy calcium carbonate fine powder. The pulse-jet bag filter acts as the secondary collection and environmental protection device, ensuring exhaust emissions meet standards and recovering heavy calcium carbonate ultra-fine powder. Finally, the collected finished heavy calcium carbonate powder is conveyed to the finished product silo via fully sealed screw conveyors and bucket elevators.
