Project Overview
A building materials enterprise in Fujian invested in the construction of a modern gypsum grinding production line, which required processing raw material with 10%~20% moisture content. After comprehensive evaluation, the client selected the CRRM1850 Raymond Mill system provided by Cronus Machinery. This production line enables efficient, stable, and environmentally friendly production of 200 mesh gypsum powder, with a flexibly controllable output ranging from 6.5~30 t/h.

Project Details
Gypsum Raw Material (Moisture Content 10%~20%) → Dryer → Vibrating Screen → Belt Conveyor → Raymond Mill
The moisture content of the gypsum raw material is reduced to 3%~5% through the drying process, effectively preventing issues such as material wall adhesion and clogging. The dried gypsum material is screened by the vibrating screen to remove impurities, then uniformly fed into the CRRM1850 Raymond Mill by the belt conveyor for grinding and pulverization. The ground gypsum powder is carried by the fan's airflow into the classifier for precise classification. Coarse gypsum particles that do not meet the 200-mesh fineness requirement are separated and fall back into the grinding chamber for re-grinding.
Cyclone Collector → Pulse-Jet Bag Filter → Gypsum Powder
While qualified gypsum fine powder is carried into the cyclone collector with the airflow for separation and collection. Finally, gypsum ultra-fine powder is recovered and remaining dust is treated by the pulse-jet bag filter.

Project Advantages
Front-End Drying: Tailored for gypsum raw material with high moisture content (10%~20%), a dedicated drying system is configured at the front end of the production line. It stably reduces material moisture to the suitable grinding range of 3%~5%, fundamentally solving wall adhesion and clogging issues.
High Yield and Flexibility: The output of the CRRM1850 Raymond Mill is precisely controllable within the range of 6.5~30 t/h, with an annual production capacity of 100,000~200,000 tons.
