To meet the flexible demand for limestone powder across various industries, a functional powder processing enterprise in Jiangsu Province decided to establish a new grinding production line. After comprehensive evaluation, the company selected the 5R4128 Raymond Mill provided by Cronus Machinery. Limestone Raw Material → Bucket Elevator → Surge Bin → Belt Conveyor → Raymond Mill
The limestone raw material is vertically conveyed by the bucket elevator to the surge bin, then fed into the Raymond Mill via the belt conveyor for grinding. The 5R4128 Raymond Mill, known for its mature technology and reliable operation, can stably produce limestone powder with a fineness of 200 mesh.
Cyclone Collector → Discharge Outlet A/B
The ground limestone fine powder is carried by the system air flow into the cyclone collector, where it is separated by centrifugal force and discharged through the dual discharge outlets (Outlet A and Outlet B). The dual-outlet design enhances discharge efficiency and prevents clogging.
