Project Details
Quicklime Raw Material → Quantitative Feeder → Lime Slaker → Water Mist Dust Collector
Quicklime raw material is fed into the CR Lime Slaker via the quantitative feeder. By precisely controlling the water-lime ratio, temperature, and reaction time, the generation of high-activity, high-specific-surface-area calcium hydroxide is ensured. The reaction between quicklime and water in the slaker produces a large amount of dust, making the Water Mist Dust Collector particularly suitable for handling the high-temperature, high-humidity exhaust gas from this stage.
Slaked Calcium Hydroxide → Hydrated Lime Classifier → Hydrated Lime Grinding Mill → Collection System → High-Specific-Surface Calcium Hydroxide Powder
The slaked calcium hydroxide first passes through the CR Hydrated Lime Classifier for preliminary classification. Calcium hydroxide powder meeting the fineness requirement is discharged and collected as finished product, while the coarse powder that does not meet the requirement enters the CR Hydrated Lime Grinding Mill for grinding and classification. The closed-circuit system formed by these two units can flexibly produce high-specific-surface calcium hydroxide powder within the 200~325 mesh range.
