Project Details

Quicklime Raw Material → Lime Slaker → Two-stage Slaking System → Water Mist Dust Collector

Quicklime raw material enters the CR Lime Slaker for initial rapid slaking, then proceeds to a customized two-stage slaking system for thorough aging and deep slaking.

Slaked Calcium Hydroxide → Hydrated Lime Classifier → Calcium Hydroxide Powder

The slaked calcium hydroxide enters the CR Hydrated Lime Classifier for precise classification, directly separating finished calcium hydroxide powder that meets the 325 mesh fineness requirement.

Classification Tailings → Hydrated Lime Grinding Mill → Collection System → Calcium Hydroxide Powder

The tailings generated from classification are recycled into the CR Hydrated Lime Grinding Mill for deep grinding, processing them into calcium hydroxide powder that meets the 325 mesh fineness specification.
