Project Overview
A Guangxi-based enterprise specializing in specialty calcium products decided to invest in building a technologically advanced Slaked Lime Production Line. The project requires the slaked lime powder to have a Ca(OH)₂ content of 90%~98%, moisture content ≤1%, adjustable fineness between 200~325 mesh, and a 325 mesh passing rate ≥90%. After comprehensive screening, the client ultimately introduced the CR Calcium Hydroxide Production Line equipment from Cronus Machinery.

Project Details
Limestone Raw Material → Jaw Crusher → Vibrating Screen → Automated Control Calcination Vertical Kiln → Raw Material Silo
Large limestone blocks undergo coarse crushing by the jaw crusher, followed by grading via the vibrating screen to ensure uniform particle size for kiln feeding. The calcination vertical kiln employs an automated control system to precisely regulate calcination temperature and time, producing high-activity quicklime (CaO).
Calcined Quicklime → Quantitative Feeder → Lime Slaker → Water Mist Dust Collector
The calcined quicklime, precisely proportioned with water by the quantitative feeder, enters the CR Lime Slaker for efficient preliminary slaking. It then undergoes homogenization treatment in the homogenization silo, followed by thorough aging in the aging silo for 48~72 hours. This process ensures the slaked lime meets the specifications: Ca(OH)₂ content 90%~98% and moisture content ≤1%.
Slaked Lime → Hydrated Lime Grinding Mill → Collection System → Finished Product Silo
The slaked lime enters the CR Hydrated Lime Grinding Mill for fine grinding. The ground slaked lime powder is then precisely classified by the classifier, enabling stepless switching between 200~325 mesh fineness through frequency conversion adjustment. Unqualified coarse slaked lime powder is returned to the mill for re-grinding, ensuring a 325 mesh passing rate ≥90%.
