Project Overview
Leveraging local resources, a large calcium industry company in Guangxi invested in building a complete Hydrated Lime Production Line. After comprehensive evaluation, the company selected the CR Calcium Hydroxide Production Line equipment from Cronus Machinery. This line adopts the advanced process of "Vertical Kiln Calcination + Two-stage Slaking + Fine Grinding," capable of stably producing 325 mesh hydrated lime powder with a high output of up to 15 t/h.

Limestone Raw Material → Jaw Crusher → Vibrating Screen → Raw Material Silo → Quantitative Feeder → Energy-saving & Eco-friendly Steel Mechanical Vertical Kiln → Discharge & Cooling System
Large limestone blocks undergo primary crushing by the jaw crusher, then are graded and screened by the vibrating screen to ensure uniform particle size for kiln feeding. The new energy-saving and eco-friendly steel mechanical vertical kiln utilizes flue gas waste heat for preheating, effectively reducing coal consumption. The automated control system precisely regulates calcination temperature and time, ensuring the generated quicklime meets high-activity industrial-grade standards.
Calcined Quicklime → Lime Slaker (Two-stage)
The calcined quicklime enters the CR Lime Slaker. By precisely controlling the water-lime ratio and slaking temperature, efficient slaking is achieved. The initially slaked hydrated lime then proceeds to the two-stage slaking system for thorough aging, followed by deep slaking treatment to meet industrial-grade hydrated lime standards.
Slaked Hydrated Lime → Hydrated Lime Grinding Mill → Collection System → Hydrated Lime Powder
The slaked hydrated lime enters the CR Hydrated Lime Grinding Mill for fine grinding. The ground hydrated lime powder is then precisely classified by the classifier, separating hydrated lime fine powder that meets the 325 mesh fineness requirement. Unqualified coarse hydrated lime powder is returned for re-grinding. The collection system captures dust throughout the entire process, ensuring clean production. The final product is high-activity finished hydrated lime powder.
