A professional desulfurization material supplier in Henan invested in building a high-standard quicklime grinding production line. The project required efficient handling of strongly alkaline, hygroscopic quicklime raw material and the flexible, stable production of two specifications of high-quality quicklime powder: 200 mesh (D95) and 325 mesh (D90). Project Details

Quicklime Raw Material → Feeding System → Raymond Mill → Cyclone Collector → Pulse Dust Collector → Quicklime Powder

Quicklime material is fed into the CRRM2150 Raymond Mill via the feeding system for grinding. To address the strong alkalinity, hygroscopic nature, and adhesion tendency of quicklime, the Raymond mill's interior and grinding components incorporate special anti-corrosion and anti-adhesion designs (e.g., wear-resistant alloy, anti-corrosion coating). This ensures long-term stable operation and maintains the purity of the quicklime powder. By adjusting the built-in classifier, the fineness of the quicklime powder can be flexibly controlled, stably producing either 200 mesh (D95) or 325 mesh (D90) quicklime powder to meet different desulfurization process requirements in steel plants.
