Project Overview
Leveraging local resources, a building materials enterprise in Jiangsu decided to build a limestone powder production line. After comprehensive evaluation, the CRRM1700 Raymond Mill from Cronus Machinery was selected. This production line efficiently processes limestone into 200 mesh limestone powder with a high output of up to 17 t/h.
Project Details
Limestone Raw Material → Belt Conveyor → Raymond Mill
Limestone material meeting the required particle size is fed into the CRRM1700 Raymond Mill via the belt conveyor for grinding. The ground limestone powder is carried by the fan air flow into the classifier for precise classification. Limestone powder that does not meet the 200 mesh fineness requirement is separated by the classifier and falls back into the grinding chamber for re-grinding. Qualified limestone powder then enters the cyclone collector with the air flow for gas-solid separation.
Cyclone Collector → Screw Conveyor → Bucket Elevator → Finished Product Silo
The collected finished limestone powder is horizontally conveyed by a fully sealed screw conveyor to a bucket elevator, which then vertically lifts it to the finished product silo.
