100,000 T/Y Calcite Sand & Powder Co-production Line in Shandong

Project Overview

A new materials company in Shandong needed to establish a combined sand and powder production line capable of both grinding and sand making. The requirement was to simultaneously produce two product specifications: 40~80 mesh sand and 200 mesh powder. After comprehensive evaluation, the CRSF Integrated Sand and Powder Grinding Machine and its supporting system from Cronus Machinery were selected. This production line achieves a total sand and powder output of 15~20 t/h, with a screening pass rate ≥90%. Its flexible production model provides a new solution for the efficient development of calcite resources.

Project Details

Calcite Ore → Crusher → Bucket Elevator → Integrated Sand and Powder Grinding Machine → Sand + Powder

Crushed calcite material is vertically conveyed by the bucket elevator to the CRSF Integrated Sand and Powder Grinding Machine for grinding and classification. By adjusting system parameters, part of the material is ground into powder, while another part maintains a coarser, sand-like granularity. The ground mixture is carried by air flow into the built-in classifier for precise separation. Fine powder meeting the 200 mesh requirement enters the collection system with the air flow. Qualified sand in the 40~80 mesh range is separated as product. Overly coarse particles that do not meet either specification are automatically returned to the grinding zone for reprocessing, forming a closed-circuit cycle.

Qualified Fine Powder → Cyclone Collector → Pulse Bag Filter → Finished Product Storage

Qualified fine powder (200 mesh) enters the cyclone collector with the air flow, where it is efficiently separated and collected. The remaining system air then enters the pulse bag filter for purification, ensuring exhaust emissions are well below national environmental standards.
