Project Overview
A new building materials enterprise in Hunan decided to invest in building a granite sand-making production line. The project required producing sand products of different specifications while also recycling the tailings powder, achieving the goal of "harvesting both sand and powder, turning waste into treasure." Project Details
Granite Raw Material → Raw Material Silo → Belt Feeder → Sand Making Machine → Square Swing Screen
Granite material stored in the raw material silo is fed into the CRS Sand Making Machine via the belt feeder for crushing and shaping, producing high-quality aggregate that meets the requirements for imitation stone paint. The mixed material after sand making enters the square swing screen, where it is precisely screened into four target specifications of finished sand: 20~40 mesh, 40~60 mesh, 60~80 mesh, and 80~120 mesh.
Cyclone Collector → Finished Product Packaging
The fine powder (tailings powder) naturally generated during the sand-making process is efficiently recovered by the cyclone collector. This tailings powder requires no additional processing; its fineness meets 325 mesh, allowing it to be directly sold as high-quality filler to putty powder factories, creating additional revenue.
