—— Cronus Machine Customer
Project Overview
An industrial powder enterprise in Yunnan invested in building a large-scale quicklime powder production line. To overcome the challenges of corrosion, moisture absorption, caking, and pollution in quicklime processing, the client selected the CRRM1700 Raymond Mill from Cronus Machinery. This production line successfully addresses these industry pain points, stably producing 200 mesh quicklime powder with a high output of 27 t/h.

Project Details
Quicklime Raw Material → Raw Material Silo → Belt Feeder → Raymond Mill
Quicklime material stored in the raw material silo is fed into the CRRM1700 Raymond Mill via the belt feeder for grinding. The ground quicklime powder is classified by the classifier. Unqualified coarse quicklime powder is returned for re-grinding, while qualified 200 mesh quicklime powder enters the powder collector for separation and collection. Subsequently, gas containing trace dust enters the dust collector for recovery and purification.
Powder Collector → Dust Collector → Airslide Conveyor → Bucket Elevator → Airslide Conveyor → Finished Product Silo
The collected finished quicklime powder is pneumatically conveyed via an airslide conveyor, then vertically lifted by a bucket elevator, and finally conveyed to the finished product silo via another airslide conveyor.
| Main Equipment | Function Description |
| Raw Material Silo | Inner walls require moisture-proof treatment to prevent quicklime from absorbing moisture and caking inside the silo |
| Belt Feeder | A feeding device with variable frequency speed control |
| CRRM1700 Raymond Mill | Core grinding equipment, using wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials for grinding components tailored to quicklime characteristics |
| Powder Collector (Cyclone Collector) | Separates and collects the majority of quicklime fine powder |
| Dust Collector (Pulse Bag Filter) | Uses membrane-coated filter bags to ensure exhaust emissions meet standards and recover quicklime ultrafine powder |
| Airslide Conveyor | Employs enclosed conveying, effectively preventing quicklime powder moisture absorption and dust dispersion |
| Bucket Elevator | Vertically conveys finished quicklime powder |
| Finished Product Silo | Stores finished quicklime powder, equipped with a level gauge, moisture-proof device, and discharge system |
Project Advantages
Professional Design: The grinding components of the CRRM1700 Raymond Mill use special wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials. The raw material silo, finished product silo, and other parts undergo professional moisture-proof treatment.
Excellent Environmental Protection: Adopts a fully enclosed pneumatic conveying solution combined with a pulse bag filter using membrane-coated filter bags, preventing dust leakage and keeping exhaust emission concentration well below national standards.
