On April 21, 2026, the technical team of Cronus Machinery successfully arrived at a limestone powder processing project site in Henan Province and officially commenced the installation of the CRRM1920 Raymond mill. The entire installation process strictly followed the original factory foundation drawings to ensure standardized construction, comprehensively guaranteeing the long-term stable and efficient operation of the equipment.
To meet the customer's production requirement of 15 t/h high-capacity limestone powder, the base of this CRRM1920 Raymond mill adopts the original factory integral casting process. Upon arrival at the site, the equipment only needed to be hoisted into place and fixed. On-site work was limited to welding and assembling the external air inlet and outlet ducts, steel structure supports, and auxiliary piping. This not only enhanced the rigidity and seismic stability of the equipment but also significantly shortened the on-site installation and construction period.
After the equipment installation is fully completed, a load test run of no less than 8 hours will be conducted. During the test run, the temperature rise of the main unit bearings will be monitored in real-time, strictly controlled within ≤40°C. All potential operational hazards will be thoroughly inspected. Only after all operating parameters have passed the acceptance inspection will the equipment be officially put into production.
