Raymond Mill Grinding Ring
Features and Advantages of Raymond Mill Grinding Rings
Hard Surface: The working surface of the grinding ring's inner race is coated with a hard wear-resistant material layer (such as cemented carbide, high-chromium cast iron, etc.), providing extremely high surface hardness to effectively resist severe friction and impact from materials.
Wear-Resistant & Durable: Made of high wear-resistant materials, the service life of the grinding ring can be extended by 3 to 5 times compared to ordinary materials. It offers excellent wear resistance and long service life.
Stable Performance: Under centrifugal force, the grinding rollers press tightly against the grinding ring. Even after the grinding ring wears down to a certain thickness, the finished product output and fineness remain stable, without significant performance degradation due to wear.
Maintenance Tips for Raymond Mill Grinding Rings
Regular Cleaning: Regularly shut down the mill to remove accumulated material and foreign matter from the grinding ring working surface, ensuring a clean and smooth grinding surface.
Combined Inspection: Whenever replacing grinding rollers, inspect the grinding ring liner for wear. If depressions deeper than 5mm, through cracks, or severely uneven wear are found, replace the entire set immediately. Do not mix new and old components.
Installation Check: After maintenance, ensure that the fixing bolts between the grinding ring and the base are not loose, and verify that the concentricity between the working surface and the grinding roller path meets requirements.
