Project Overview
In response to the green and intelligent upgrade policies of the building materials industry, a large building materials enterprise in Sichuan Province initiated a technical renovation project for a 100,000-ton-per-year limestone powder production line. After comprehensive comparison and selection, the CRRM1850 Raymond Mill from Cronus Machinery was chosen. It successfully processes limestone raw material into high-quality powder at 325 mesh (passing rate ≥ 97%) with a capacity of 15 t/h, demonstrating outstanding performance in energy consumption and environmental protection.

Project Details
Limestone Raw Material → Buffer Hopper → Feeder → Raymond Mill
Limestone material stored in the buffer hopper is fed into the CRRM1850 Raymond Mill by the feeder for grinding. Due to the hard and abrasive nature of limestone, the core grinding components of the Raymond mill, such as the grinding rollers and rings, are made of high-wear-resistant alloy materials. By increasing the speed of the classifier impeller, only limestone powder meeting the 325 mesh fineness is allowed to pass through the classification zone and enter the cyclone collector for gas-solid separation.
Powder Collector (Cyclone Collector) → Screw Conveyor → Bucket Elevator → Finished Product Silo
Subsequently, the separated and collected finished limestone powder is gathered by a fully sealed screw conveyor and vertically conveyed to the finished product silo by a bucket elevator.
