On March 16, 2026, after rigorous commissioning by the Kronos machinery technical team, all equipment for the CR calcium hydroxide production line passed inspection and was officially loaded for shipment to the customer's site in Jiangxi.
The Jiangxi customer involved in this cooperation is primarily engaged in the production of industrial calcium hydroxide for putty powder. In response to the customer's requirements, we customized a lime slaker, a hydrated lime grinding mill, a water mist dust collector, and auxiliary equipment. Among these, the CR lime slaker is used for the slaking reaction of quicklime, ensuring high activity and stability of the calcium hydroxide.
The CR hydrated lime grinding mill performs fine grinding of the slaked lime, ensuring the fineness of the finished product consistently reaches 200 mesh or above, strictly meeting the stringent standards for filler fineness in putty powder production. The entire line adopts a DCS intelligent control system and pulse water mist dust collection technology, featuring high automation and low dust emission concentration.
The discussions for this cooperation were smooth and pleasant. Moving forward, we will continue to follow up on equipment transportation, installation, and commissioning. We will also arrange for a technical team to travel to the site in Jiangxi for guidance and training, ensuring the production line can be put into operation and run stably as soon as possible.
