High-Efficiency Screening: Uses a vibrating screen for pre-screening to reduce the load on the subsequent square swing screen. The square swing screen offers high screening efficiency and long screen life, capable of producing fine sand in various specifications.

Superior Quality: Finished particles are mostly cubic with a rounded shape. Fineness and powder content are precisely controllable, meeting the requirements for sand products in different fields.

Powerful Drying: The unique sand making system creates an operating temperature of approximately 70°C inside the main unit, allowing material moisture to evaporate naturally during processing. It can directly process high-moisture materials (such as wet clay, etc.) without the need for pre-drying equipment.

Tailings Powder Recovery: Can directly recover and utilize 150~325 mesh sand making tailings powder generated naturally during the sand making process without the need for additional grinding.

CRS Sand Making Machine Working Principle

Material is first pre-screened by a vibrating screen to separate some qualified sand products, reducing the subsequent load. The pre-screened material then enters the sand making machine for crushing and shaping, utilizing frictional heat from crushing (approximately 70°C) to achieve self-drying of the material. Subsequently, the material enters a square swing screen for classification screening, producing finished sand in various specifications as required (e.g., 20~40 mesh, 40~60 mesh, 60~80 mesh, 80~120 mesh). Tailings powder generated during the sand making process is efficiently collected by a cyclone collector. This tailings powder requires no further processing and can be directly sold as high-quality filler to putty powder factories, generating additional revenue.
