Working Principle of Double Roll Crusher
The hydraulic system drives two rolls to rotate counter-directionally, forming a crushing zone. The smooth roll achieves laminating crushing through pure static compressive force, causing the material to fracture regularly along internal cleavage planes. The finished product is cubic with low flaky and elongated particle content, minimizing over-grinding and achieving precise particle shape shaping and stone powder content control.
The toothed roll uses its tooth structure to bite the material, applying shearing and splitting forces through a penetrating effect. While crushing, it separates qualified products, achieving high crushing ratio and large processing capacity, effectively ensuring continuous system throughput.
