Working Principle of Double Roll Crusher

The hydraulic system drives two rolls to rotate counter-directionally, forming a crushing zone. The toothed roll uses its tooth structure to bite the material, applying shearing and splitting forces through a penetrating effect. While crushing, it separates qualified products, achieving high crushing ratio and large processing capacity, effectively ensuring continuous system throughput.
