Feeding and Dispersion

The hydrated lime after hydration is fed into the Hydrated Lime Classifier via a feeder and falls directly onto the high-speed rotating spreading plate. Under centrifugal force, it is dispersed and thrown to the periphery, effectively preventing calcium hydroxide agglomeration.

Precise Classification

The high-speed rotating rotor generates centrifugal force that throws unqualified coarse powder to the chamber wall, where it is discharged from the bottom under gravity. Simultaneously, a high-pressure fan creates an upward airflow that carries qualified calcium hydroxide powder into the collection system, achieving precise classification of 200~600 mesh calcium hydroxide powder (500 mesh sieve residue ≤95%).
