Feeding and Dispersion

The hydrated lime after hydration is fed into the Hydrated Lime Grinding Mill via a feeder. It first passes through the built-in disperser for preliminary dispersion of lumpy or agglomerated calcium hydroxide, reducing the load on subsequent processes. The material then falls onto the rotating turntable and is thrown by the shovel blades into the grinding zone formed by the grinding rollers and rings, where it undergoes collision and dispersion under centrifugal force.

Grinding and Classification

The material lifted by the shovel blades enters the grinding zone composed of specially treated reinforced grinding rollers and anti-adhesion grinding rings for grinding and pulverization. Subsequently, the upward airflow generated by the high-pressure fan flows through the entire grinding chamber, performing airflow dispersion on the material and effectively preventing secondary agglomeration of calcium hydroxide.

Finally, the fully dispersed calcium hydroxide powder is sent to the classifier for precise separation. Collection and Dust Removal

Both the cyclone collector and the pulse membrane-coated bag filter are equipped with airlock discharge valves at the bottom.
