Due to the high hygroscopicity, caking property, thermal melting and decomposition of mono‑ammonium phosphate , an open‑circuit grinding mill must be adopted for pulverization. Currently, the open‑circuit Raymond mill is the most technically mature and cost‑effective processing equipment in the industry. -
The silicon carbide grinding production line requires multi-stage crushing and multi-stage iron removal. For the conventional 80~400 mesh silicon carbide powder sector, a wear-reinforced Raymond mill is recommended, while for the high-end 400~2500 mesh sector, an ultra-fine vertical roller mill that prevents metal contamination is the preferred choice. -
Due to the strong adhesiveness of calcium hydroxide, ordinary grinding mills cannot achieve efficient grinding. A hydrated lime grinding mill with a full-system anti-adhesion design must be used. A complete calcium hydroxide production line mainly consists of a lime slaker, a hydrated lime classifier, a hydrated lime grinding mill, and a water mist dust collector.
