Safety protection and environmental protection shall be given attention in aluminum dross grinding. For primary aluminum dross grinding, a combination of ball mill and Raymond mill is commonly adopted. For secondary aluminum dross grinding, a vertical roller mill is the preferred choice.

Prior to processing with a ceramic waste grinding mill, attention must be paid to impurity removal through processes such as manual sorting, vibrating screen separation, and magnetic separation using iron removers. The production line adopts a process flow of impurity removal first, followed by crushing, and then grinding.
