In the field of powder processing, to meet the requirement of feeding uniformly sized materials into the grinding mill, large raw materials must undergo pre-crushing before grinding. This process reduces the load on subsequent grinding stages and improves both grinding efficiency and final powder quality. Depending on the required particle size, three types of crushing processes can be applied: primary, secondary, and fine crushing. Primary crushing typically uses a jaw crusher. Secondary crushing employs hammer crushers, impact crushers, or cone crushers, while fine crushing is generally accomplished with a cone crusher. In the Raymond mill process, the typical pre-crushing solution consists of either a single-stage primary crushing using a jaw crusher (PE series) or a multi-stage crushing setup involving a primary jaw crusher (PE) and a secondary jaw crusher (PEX), combined with a closed-circuit screening system (vibrating screen).
