Feeding & Material Bed Grinding

Raw materials meeting feed requirements (particle size ≤120mm, moisture ≤25%) are conveyed into the coarse powder vertical mill. The transmission system drives the grinding table to rotate, and the material spreads under the rollers by centrifugal force. The rollers crush the material bed under the pressure of the hydraulic system.

Powerful Drying & Pneumatic Lifting

High-temperature hot air introduced from the bottom passes through the material layer, instantly evaporating moisture during crushing. The dried material fragments are carried upward by the high-speed rising airflow.

Static Classification & Internal Recirculation

The material enters the static classification system with the airflow. By adjusting the guiding device, separation is achieved using inertial and centrifugal forces. Coarse powder meeting particle size requirements enters the collection system with the airflow, while oversized particles are separated and fall back to the grinding table for regrinding. This internal circulation enables the production of coarse powder ranging from 40 to 325 mesh.

Finished Product Collection & Exhaust Gas Treatment

Qualified coarse powder enters the single-stage dust collection system (using electrostatic precipitator or bag filter) with the airflow. The simplified process reduces resistance, effectively saving fan energy consumption. After gas-solid separation, the finished coarse powder is collected, and the purified gas is discharged by the exhaust fan.
