Cronus Machinery: 50 Years of Artisan-Crafted Grinding Mills

In 1973, Guilin Mining Machinery Factory was officially established. Facing the arduous challenge of backward technology and equipment, the pioneering technical team, driven by perseverance and dedication, laid a solid foundation for the development of China's grinding mill industry. Throughout the four remarkable decades that followed, we remained steadfastly committed to the research, development, and manufacturing of grinding mills.

In the very same year of the factory's founding, we successfully produced China's first-generation Raymond mill—the 4R3216 pendulum grinding mill—pioneering the era of domestically manufactured grinding equipment. By the mid-1980s, the enterprise introduced its independently developed jaw crusher. A significant breakthrough in energy conservation and consumption reduction was achieved by the R&D team in the 1990s, leading to the development of highly efficient and energy-saving equipment such as the 4R3220 and 5R4128 pendulum grinding mills. Concurrently, we actively participated in the formulation of national industry standards, contributing to the standardized and regulated advancement of China's grinding equipment sector.

2013 marked a milestone year for us. The company successfully completed the significant transition from a state-owned to a private enterprise. We successively obtained certifications for all three major management systems: ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management.

Concurrently, we innovatively developed a range of high-performance grinding equipment, including the CRRM Raymond Mill, GKLM Vertical Mill, CRHGM Ultrafine Grinding Mill, and the CR Hydrated Lime Production Line. Furthermore, in 2015, we were honored with the "Top Ten Chinese Raymond Mill Brands" award, earning high praise and trust from customers both domestically and internationally.

In 2019, we relocated to the Guilin High-speed Rail Economic Industrial Park. The new site boasts a superior geographical location and convenient transportation, laying a solid foundation for the company's efficient operations. We have consistently adhered to technological innovation, establishing a dedicated R&D center, recruiting high-tech talent, and introducing advanced production equipment to forge exceptional grinding machinery.

In product development, we have implemented customized upgrades and modifications to our grinding mills based on the specific characteristics of different materials. This has enabled the efficient processing of challenging materials such as silicon carbide and hydrated lime. Furthermore, we successfully developed an integrated sand and powder machine that combines sand-making and grinding functions into a single unit. This innovation breaks through the limitations of traditional processes, leading the industry toward integrated and intelligent development.

In 2024, to comprehensively expand our presence in the international market and better engage with our clients, we officially established Kronos Machinery Co., Ltd. in Shanghai. The company has assembled a specialized foreign trade team dedicated to in-depth research on global market demands. By aligning our strategies with local realities, we tailor personalized solutions for our international customers. We also actively participate in international powder exhibitions, showcasing the advanced technology and performance of our products.
